It's been a really hot summer this year. Not that it has ended but more is to come yet. Most of my evenings end up strolling with my family on the terrace in hope of a good old wind to reminisce over the times when the breeze was just fine to ruffle your hair and enough to sway away your sweat.
Now there are less winds. And more humidity. Clouds have ended up in May and a little drip-drop of rain was felt just yesterday. The sky is clear other than some stars to jewel it. And obviously some clouds to buffer their brightness. A single highway up the hills seems like a dragon on fire and it has always been a marvellous sight to experience it. And it isn't like it comes lively only on a weekend but even weekdays are full of those heady orangish lights.
It's times like these which make me yearn for a good camera and the photography skills to capture these moments but then I remember what my Chemistry teacher once said to me.
"Why write what I'm saying when you can stock it up in your brain?"
And I always calm myself with this thought that why take a picture when I can fully live this memory and later think about it in Full 4K HD? Well, that was something extravagant but I can't help it.
And an extra up here on terrace? You get to smell different kind of food with the breeze. #ForeverFoodie
