I have a friend who smokes. Although, I don't know if he knows that I know about him smoking or not. Because that's beyond my limitation for caring for someone.And why should I care? There's nothing to care about it actually. Like what two consenting adults do in a room is beyond our interference, in the same way what anyone does to themselves is also of no interest to me. People would say that you shouldn't smoke because it causes cancer and all that stuff which you hopefully think that it'll make people quit smoking.
What I care about is life. And what I don't care about is death. Not that I have had any 'close to death' experiences but a time comes when the fear of death seems useless. You haven't come here to wait for death but for living your precious life. A life that we just take for granted as we take people for granted.
And trust me, when someone takes me for granted, I feel like punching that person there and then. They don't care for me, they don't know what my worth is. So think about how life feels when you take it for granted. Wonder where all your life problems came from? Well, now you won't.
But does it really matter who knows your worth and who doesn't unless and until you yourself know about it? No, it doesn't.
Even I thought about smoking being an uncivilized habit but it's your life, make it large! I won't have a say in that and if I have then I'm interfering in your life which I shouldn't.
And then, chainsmokers are the only people who are doing something for the world. They are doing right to wrong done due to lust. They are helping in eliminating those tiny exponents hanging on an integer which is the magnitude of population.
Surely, they should be rewarded for it. But alas! Life rewards them only with death.
