Wait! He hasn't beat Arijit yet. Get that in your head!
But Armaan's voice just resonates in my body. When I first heard him, he was really really amateurish. It was like straight out of first music class and he had started singing for the first time. But these days! Oh my god! His voice just keeps on flowing.
His recent songs on 'Wajah Tum Ho' from Hate Story 3 and 'Main Rahoon Ya Na Rahoon' are really a result of his determined practice and I'm really gratefull for that. And I think Armaan's brother, Amaal Malik - a music director, is the reason behind his perfection.
I mean who gets to hear music nowadays straight from the soul. Other than Arijit Singh and Sonu Nigam of course. Arijit toh I tell you - he just sings songs like your heart is a string instrument and he's fine tuning it for the better purpose in life. He's my 'humsafar' you know. Whenever I feel like something's amiss in my life... be it due to boredom or overthinking - Arijit is the only person you can depend upon.
